Dawn Langton has been a public relations and marketing professional and writer for over twenty years. As editor and marketing director of Training Resource Network, she has edited over 25 books. She also edited Supported Employment InfoLines for many years and contributed 180 columns on marketing and job development. She is the co-author ofGet the Marketing Edge: A Job Developer’s Toolkit for People with Disabilities. As president of DL Networks, she provided counsel and communications development to over 50 organizations, primarily in the area of marketing employment services to business. She holds a master’s degree in management and a bachelor’s degree in English/journalism. Dawn is also an accredited member of the Public Relations Society of America and past treasurer of the association's Northern New England chapter. She worked for 10 years as director of public relations in higher education and as a newspaper editor and reporter. She also has written articles for numerous national and regional publications and conducted many classes and trainings on public relations and marketing topics. In addition, she has been an adjunct faculty member at New England College, teaching upper level public relations courses.
