Conversion of Sheltered Workshops

 Many disability advocates feel that sheltered workshops are obsolete and actually prevent people from employment success because of disincentives, segregation, and other issues. Others see workshops as a form of readiness training and a safe place for people with disabilities to be productive. What is your opinion?
